A three-man board of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja has conceded PDP, Atiku access to All Electoral Materials in the presidential races.
The board on Wednesday heard the ex-parte movement documented by the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential competitor, Atiku Abubakar, looking for a request conceding them access to investigate the constituent materials utilized for the February 23 surveys. Atiku recorded an ex-parte movement at the Court of Appeal in Abuja, requesting different requests of the court to enable him to get to all reports utilized by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the lead of the presidential decision.
